Core services range from crop monitoring and auditing of farm produce to provide weigh-bridge control, warehouse storage and produce insurance. ASi India operations staff comprising of fully qualified Inspectors, Accountants and Chemists, follow strict legal / financial procedures at all time.
Crop Monitoring: Full technical consultation and advice for farmers and producers including seed choice, planting, fertilisation, crop monitoring, harvest, quality control, classification, storage and transportation logistics from warehouse to ship side, GAFTA or FOSFA approved loading and discharge supervision and inspection for end buyers.
Stock Monitoring: CMA quantity will be logged into a stock book. Release quantities will be verified against the release note and the stock book. Reports and updates are emailed to relevant parties.
Warehouse Security: Warehouses are inspected prior to the storage of goods to verify the condition, fitness and suitability to store the intended goods. Padlocks are installed on every warehouse door.A minimum of one inspector will attend your goods 24 hours a day. Only authorized personnel shall enter the warehouse.
Goods Release: Under the written instruction from ASi India, with written approval of receiver/creditor through an official release order, the release is monitored, to ensure safe passage of goods from CMA cargo to Non CMA Cargo by under weighment / tally / other conventional means of quantity determination.
At the Load Port: The creditor and depositor sign the CMA and an inspector is appointed to certify loading supervision and cargo quantity and quality.
At Discharge: Inspectionsare carried out to determine the receipt quantity as compared to the Bill of Lading and the quantity at load port. Weighed goods are stored securely in the approved warehouse facility.
CMA Pledge: After discharge, ASi India pledges the CMA quantity, based on actual weight figures and issues a non-negotiable receipt, which an authorized signatory endorses in favour of the creditor.
