Job Description

Alex Stewart International (India) Private Limited is an international Marine Survey and Commodities Inspection company. The job description of the Branch Manager of Krishnapatnam Branch office will be as follows:

  • Administrative and Operations Head of Krishnapatnam Branch Office
  • Responsible to develop business in Krishnapatnam and execute the assignments
  • Build the brand name of the company in Krishnapatnam and neighbouring southern regions
  • Responsible for the profitability of Krishnapatnam office as a profitable cost centre
  • Maintain the ISO 9001:2015 QMS of the Branch with continual improvement
  • Plan and execute regular training programs for the staff
  • Explore new avenues of business and submit achievable growth plans
  • Prepare the annual income & expenditure and capital budgets
  • Reports to: Director

Age: 45 – 50 years

Education

Essential:
  • B.E / B.Tech in Marine / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
  • B.Sc. with major in Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Geology
Desirable:
  • M.B.A degree
  • ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor

Experience

Essential:
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience, 5 years in Senior Management in an Inspection Company
Desirable:
  • Certificate of Competency as Master Mariner / Chief Officer / Chief Engineer
  • Past experience as Branch Manager

Personal Attributes / Skills

  • Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Tamil / Telugu
  • Strong leadership and people skills
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Sales-driven and goal-oriented
Desirable:
  • Proven track record in sales in India
